I've heard of "Happy New Year," but Happy New... Game?! That's right! It's 2024, yet another normal year in a series of increasingly normal years. Only with THIS new year comes a new season of Dangerous Times at Chillhaven High! And not only are we releasing a brand new season (our seventh, if you're keeping track), but we're playing a whole new game! That's right, for the first time since... well, season five, we're abandoning our tried and true Monster of the Week for a different game system: Avery Alder's Monsterhearts 2. And playing a new game means building new character sheets, which means: recording a session zero where we do... that.
Only we're not just building character sheets for Angela, Penny, and Zeke. Because this time around, Mae, Bess, and James will each be taking on a SECOND CHARACTER! Two of them will be taking the reigns of a favorite NPC, while one of them will be playing a BRAND NEW CHARACTER never before seen in Chillhaven! Thrilling stuff.
